Effective date: 5 October 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
DoersRise is a brand operated by Genufly LLC, a New York limited liability company ("Genufly LLC", "we", "us", "our"). DoersRise is a trading name, not a separate legal entity.
When you buy the Mobile Detailer Message-to-Booking Kit, your contract is with Genufly LLC.
- Legal notice address: Genufly LLC, 276 5th Avenue, Ste 704-1444, New York, NY 10001
- Support: support@doersrise.com
2. These terms
By purchasing or using the Kit you agree to these Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Support Policy, each of which forms part of this agreement.
If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Kit.
3. Eligibility
To purchase, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract where you live, and you must be purchasing either for yourself or on behalf of a business you are authorised to bind.
We do not set a numerical age limit. Capacity to contract is the requirement, and it is the requirement that actually matters for a binding agreement.
4. What you are buying
The Mobile Detailer Message-to-Booking Kit ("the Kit") is a digital product: a set of six PDF documents. It is one purchase, not a subscription.
The Kit is:
- documents only — there is no software, no account on our systems, no service performed for you, and no physical item;
- fixed at the version you buy — we are not obliged to supply future revisions;
- informational and operational material you apply yourself.
We describe the Kit on the product page. The description there and these Terms govern what you receive.
5. How you buy and how you receive it
Checkout and delivery are operated by Whop, an independent platform.
- You buy through Whop. We do not take your card details and we do not operate the checkout.
- The price shown to you at checkout is the price that governs the transaction. If a price is displayed incorrectly anywhere else, the checkout price controls.
- After a successful payment, the six files are made available to you through Whop, in your Whop account.
- Access to the files is through Whop, not through a DoersRise portal. We do not host a customer download area.
You will need a Whop account, an internet connection, and a device capable of opening PDF files. Those are your responsibility.
Your use of Whop is also subject to Whop's own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.
6. Your licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the Kit:
- for yourself, and
- inside a single business that you own or are authorised to act for.
This is a licence to use. It is not a sale or transfer of ownership of the contents.
You may
- read, print and keep copies of the files for your own use;
- adapt the message templates, scripts and worksheets for use in your own customer communications;
- let employees or contractors of your own business use them in the course of working for that business, provided you remain responsible for their use.
You may not
- resell, redistribute, publish, lend, rent, licence or sublicence the Kit or any part of it;
- share, post or upload the files, or your Whop access, anywhere others can obtain them;
- reproduce the Kit for anyone outside your own business;
- use the Kit, or material derived from it, to create or sell a competing product, course, template pack or similar offering;
- remove or alter any ownership or attribution notices;
- use the Kit for any unlawful purpose.
If you breach this clause, the licence ends.
7. Intellectual property
The intellectual property in the Kit is owned by BizStrive LLC and licensed to Genufly LLC for use in operating DoersRise.
You receive no ownership of anything. Nothing in these Terms transfers any copyright, trade mark or other right to you.
BizStrive LLC is not the seller of the Kit and is not a party to this agreement. Your contract, and any claim under it, is with Genufly LLC.
8. Taxes
The amounts you pay, including any taxes, are those presented to you through the applicable Whop checkout at the time of purchase.
We make no further representation about which taxes apply to your purchase, or about who collects or remits them. If you need a tax invoice or a determination for your own accounting, the transaction records are held by Whop.
9. No guarantee of results
The Kit gives you templates, scripts and process material. It does not guarantee any outcome.
We do not promise, and you should not assume, that using the Kit will produce leads, enquiries, bookings, customers, revenue, profit or any other business result. Results depend on your market, your pricing, your service, your responsiveness and many other things outside our control.
Nothing in the Kit is legal, tax, accounting, employment or regulatory advice.
10. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for how you run your own business, including:
- the messages you send to your own customers and prospects, and obtaining any consent required before contacting them;
- compliance with laws that apply to you — including rules on marketing and messaging, consumer protection, pricing and advertising claims, and the handling of your own customers' personal information;
- the prices you set and the commitments you make to your customers;
- your relationships with your own customers, and any dispute with them.
The Kit contains example wording. Adapting it does not make it compliant for your situation. Check it against the rules that apply to you.
11. Refunds
Sales are generally final, except where there is a qualifying transaction or delivery problem, or where applicable law requires a refund, cancellation or other remedy. There is no change-of-mind or satisfaction-guarantee refund window.
The qualifying situations, and the legal rights this does not take away, are set out in full in the Refund Policy, which forms part of this agreement. Read it before you buy.
12. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, re-version or stop selling the Kit at any time.
If we stop selling it, that does not withdraw what you already bought. Continued access to files you purchased is provided through Whop, and depends on Whop remaining available — which we do not control. We recommend you download and keep your own copies of all six files after purchase.
We may change these Terms for future purchases. The version you agreed to at purchase governs that purchase.
13. Suspension and termination
We may end or restrict your licence, and ask Whop to withdraw access, if you breach clause 6 or use the Kit unlawfully. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you what the problem is first.
You may stop using the Kit at any time. Ending the licence does not by itself entitle you to a refund; refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
14. Limitation of liability
Some protections cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Nothing in this clause limits or reduces a refund that is actually due to you under the Refund Policy. The limits below govern claims for loss; they do not govern returning money we should not have kept.
Subject to that:
- we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost opportunity, lost goodwill or lost data;
- we are not liable for loss caused by how you choose to apply the Kit, or by your own communications with your customers;
- we are not liable for the acts, omissions or availability of Whop or any other third party;
- our total liability arising out of or in connection with your purchase is limited to the total amount you paid for the Kit.
The Kit is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law we do not give implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement — again, except where such warranties cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Governing law
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
This agreement contains no clause requiring disputes to be heard in a particular court, no arbitration requirement, and no waiver of your right to take part in a class action. Your options are whatever the applicable law gives you.
16. Notices
Notices to us under these Terms may be sent to:
Genufly LLC 276 5th Avenue Ste 704-1444 New York, NY 10001
and should also be sent to support@doersrise.com so that we see them promptly.
Notices to you will be sent through Whop, to the contact details associated with your purchase, or to any email address you have given us directly. We do not retain your email address from the purchase itself — see the Privacy Policy — so Whop is ordinarily the route by which we can reach you.
17. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, the policies they incorporate, and the description of the Kit on the product page are the whole agreement between us about the Kit. We have put the product page in that list deliberately: section 4 says the description there governs what you receive, and a clause that then quietly excluded it would let us walk away from what the listing told you.
- Severability. If any part is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we do not lose it.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business.
- No partnership. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership, agency or franchise relationship.
