Effective date: 5 October 2026
This policy forms part of the DoersRise Terms of Service. It applies to the Mobile Detailer Message-to-Booking Kit, sold by Genufly LLC operating as DoersRise.
1. What you are buying, and why that matters here
The Kit is six PDF documents, delivered immediately after payment. There is nothing to ship and nothing to return: the moment your payment succeeds, the files are available to you through Whop and can be downloaded and kept.
That is the reason a digital product of this kind is treated differently from a physical one, and we say so openly rather than leaving you to discover it.
2. The general position
Sales are generally final, except where there is a qualifying transaction or delivery problem, or where applicable law requires a refund, cancellation or other remedy.
We do not operate a change-of-mind or satisfaction-guarantee refund window. The Kit is delivered in full the moment your payment succeeds, and there is nothing to return.
What that means in practice:
- If something went wrong with the transaction or the delivery, we will put it right. Section 3 lists what qualifies, and that list is not a grudging one.
- If the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, cancellation or another remedy, you keep it. Section 4.
- Dissatisfaction with business results is not, by itself, refund cause. Not getting the leads, enquiries, bookings or revenue you hoped for, changing your mind, not getting round to using the Kit, or finding that it did not produce a particular business outcome does not qualify. The Terms are explicit that the Kit guarantees no result, and this policy is consistent with that.
Two things we deliberately do not do:
- We do not say "all sales final" or "no refunds", because neither is true — section 3 and section 4 both exist.
- We do not make a refund depend on whether you downloaded the files. We have no reliable way to know whether you did. Delivery is operated by Whop and we receive no download information, so conditioning anything on it would be a test we cannot actually apply.
3. Situations where we will always put it right
These apply regardless of the general position in section 2.
Duplicate or repeated charges
If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, tell us and we will refund the duplicate. You should not have to argue for this.
You cannot access what you paid for
If your payment succeeded but the Kit was not made available to you, we will first try to restore your access. If access cannot be restored, we will refund you in full.
This covers a failure to deliver what you bought. It does not cover access withdrawn under clause 13 of the Terms, or files you received and later lost at your end — which is why we recommend downloading and keeping your own copies after purchase.
Files are missing, incomplete or corrupt
The Kit is exactly six documents. If you received fewer than six, or a file will not open, or a file is plainly not the document it is named as, tell us. We will supply a correct copy. If we cannot, we will refund you.
You were charged for the wrong thing
If you were charged for a product you did not intend to buy, or at a price other than the one shown to you at checkout, tell us and we will correct it.
4. Rights you have that this policy does not take away
Section 2 is our voluntary commercial policy. It is not a statement of your legal rights, and it cannot reduce them.
Nothing in this policy removes or limits a right you have under law that cannot be waived. If the consumer law that applies to you gives you a right to a refund, to cancel, or to another remedy, you have it regardless of anything above, and we will honour it.
In particular, consumers in the United Kingdom and the EEA may have a statutory right to cancel a purchase of digital content. That right can be lost only where the consumer expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged losing the right.
We have not asked you to give up that right, and this policy does not treat it as given up. If it applies to you, you have it.
5. How to ask
Email support@doersrise.com and include:
- your Whop order or payment reference — this is what lets us find the purchase, so please include it if you possibly can;
- the email address you used at checkout;
- what happened — and for a file problem, which of the six files and what is wrong with it.
Your email address is not in our purchase records, so we locate an order through Whop. (If you have emailed us before, that correspondence is of course in our mailbox — but it is not what we search to find a purchase.) With the Whop reference that is straightforward; without it, it may take longer or we may have to ask you for more detail. See the Support Policy.
6. How a refund is actually made
Refunds are processed through Whop, back to the original payment method. Because Whop handles the payment, the timing of the money reaching you depends on Whop and on your bank or card issuer, not on us.
We do not issue cash, credit or alternative compensation in place of a refund unless we specifically agree it with you.
7. Before you raise a chargeback
If something is wrong, please contact us first. A chargeback raised without contacting us takes longer to resolve for you than an email usually does, and we would rather simply fix the problem.
Where a chargeback is raised and our records do not support it, we may provide Whop and the card issuer with the transaction records described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Abuse of this policy
This section does not let us refuse a refund that section 3 or section 4 actually gives you. If one of the situations in section 3 genuinely happened — you were charged twice, the Kit was not made available to you, a file was missing or corrupt, or you were charged for the wrong thing — we will put it right, and nothing in this section changes that. Breach of the licence in the Terms is dealt with under clause 13 of the Terms; it is not a reason for us to keep money for something that went wrong on our side.
What this section does allow is declining a request where the ground claimed did not happen — for example a repeated pattern of purchases and refund requests with no qualifying problem behind them. We will say why.
