Effective date: 5 October 2026
Support for the Mobile Detailer Message-to-Booking Kit is provided by Genufly LLC operating as DoersRise.
1. The one channel
support@doersrise.com
That is the official support address for DoersRise. Please use it for everything below. We do not provide support by phone, and we do not treat social media messages or replies to automated emails as support requests.
If you contact us anywhere else, we may simply ask you to email that address — not to be awkward, but so your request is actually recorded and answered.
2. What support covers
Purchase and access problems
You paid but cannot reach the files; you are not sure whether your payment went through; your Whop access is not working for the Kit.
Missing, corrupt or wrong files
The Kit is exactly six PDF documents. If you have fewer than six, a file will not open, or a file is not the document its name says it is, tell us and we will sort it out. See the Refund Policy.
Questions about using the Kit, within reasonable scope
What a particular worksheet is for; how the documents are meant to fit together; which file covers a given step; clarification of an instruction that is unclear.
Billing and refunds
We will route these according to the Refund Policy. Where the issue sits with Whop's payment processing rather than with us, we will tell you that and point you to the right place rather than leaving you guessing.
Data protection requests
Requests about your own information are covered here too. Write to the same address; they are answered under section 9 of the Privacy Policy, which sets out the full list of rights you may have, rather than under the response-time position in section 5.
3. What support does not cover
We would rather be clear about this than quietly disappoint you:
- writing your marketing, messages or pricing for you, or reviewing your customer communications;
- legal, tax, accounting, employment or regulatory advice — including whether your use of the templates complies with the rules that apply to your business;
- producing bespoke or customised versions of the documents;
- support for third-party tools you use alongside the Kit — your phone system, booking software, CRM, or Whop's own account features;
- guaranteeing a business outcome. The Terms say this too: the Kit does not promise leads, bookings or revenue.
4. What to include when you write to us
Including these from the start usually means your problem is solved in one reply rather than three:
- Your Whop order or payment reference — this is what lets us find your purchase. Your email address is not in our purchase records, so we look orders up through Whop. (Your emails to us are kept in our mailbox, as section 8 says; they just are not how a purchase is located.)
- The email address you used at checkout, which helps us narrow it down.
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- For a file problem — which of the six files, and what is wrong with it (will not open, looks wrong, appears incomplete).
- Your device and browser, if the problem is with reaching or opening the files.
Please do not send payment card details, passwords, or your Whop login. We never need them and cannot use them.
5. Response times and availability
We read support@doersrise.com and we answer it.
We do not promise a response time, guaranteed business hours, or a service level, and we are not a 24-hour operation. Support is provided by a small team, and a published service level is a promise to every customer that has to be met on the worst day rather than the average one. We would rather answer you properly than publish a number we cannot always honour.
If you have not heard back and your purchase is affected, write again and say so — a second message is not a nuisance.
This does not affect two things. It does not affect any statutory response period that applies to a request under section 9 of the Privacy Policy. And it does not affect any right you have under the Refund Policy.
6. Language
Support is provided in English.
7. Conduct
We will be straightforward with you and expect the same. We may decline to continue a conversation that is abusive to the person answering it. That does not affect any right you have under the Refund Policy or applicable law.
8. What we do with what you send us
Support correspondence is held as described in the Privacy Policy. In short: we keep your message, your email address and our replies, in a mailbox operated by a third-party email provider on our behalf.
As that policy explains, we do not run an automatic deletion schedule for correspondence. It stays in the mailbox until we delete it — including at your request, under section 9 of the Privacy Policy. We would rather tell you that than name a tidy period nothing actually enforces.
